Executive Director

Ginger has been employed by Appalachian People’s Action Coalition since August of 2003.  She is responsible for writing grants, payroll, budgeting and reporting on grant funding, mentoring, training and empowering all individuals.  She is a board member of ACEnet and The Athens County Food Pantry. Ginger has been a resident of Athens County since 1996. 

 

Jerry Hartley

Job Coach Coordinator

Jerry has been a resident of Athens County since 1935.  He started working with non-profits in 1990 and is on The Athens County Food Pantry Board.  His responsibilities include screening clients for assistance, grant writing, tracking, mentoring and building an affiliate base for APAC.  He is knowledgeable about the history and people in Athens County and works closely with the social work professors at Ohio University helping them to better understand our area.

 

Alicia Royer

Head Cashier/Store Coordinator

Alicia has been an employee of APAC since March 2007.  She is responsible for employment training in inventory, sterilization, cash drawer, time clock, sales & marketing.  Her other responsibilities include client paperwork, scheduling, mentoring, liaison with affiliate organizations and customer service.  She has been a resident of Athens County since 1996. 

 

Faith Bolin

Truck Driver/Transportation Coordinator

Faith has been an employee of APAC since July 2007.  She is responsible for scheduling donation pick ups and delivering purchased merchandise.  Her other responsibilities include training the proper techniques on picking up heavy objects, mentoring, client paperwork, liaison with affiliate organizations and customer service.  She also is responsible for organizing and transporting clients to APAC and home for Job Coach.  She has been a resident of Athens County since 2002.
